What is the Sigma Scholarship?

The scholarship is specifically designed for Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents below 26 years old who have never held a full-time job. The objective is to assist these individuals in acquiring tech skills that will help them become job-ready.

Who is eligible for the scholarship?

To be eligible for the Sigma Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Be 25 years old or below.
  • Have never held a full-time job.
  • Be serious about switching careers into tech and can commit to at least 10 hours per week of study.

If you proceed with enrollment but do not meet these criteria or provide false information, your access to the coding bootcamp will be revoked immediately until full course fees have been paid. Additionally, there will be no refunds for students who enroll under this scholarship and are found ineligible later.

Do I need to have any background in coding before applying for the scholarship?
