What we build
From AI agents to full-stack apps.
Real production software, not Figma mockups. Shipped, deployed, working.
AI tools & agents
Chatbots, RAG over your docs, agentic workflows, custom GPTs that actually do something.
Workflow automation
n8n / Make / custom workflows. Internal ops tools, scrapers, data pipelines, anything repetitive.
MVPs for startups
Investor-ready prototypes in 4–6 weeks. Deployed, real users, real data, not just a Figma file.
Full-stack web apps
Next.js + Postgres + auth + Stripe + deployment. The modern web stack, built end-to-end.
Internal dashboards
Retool / custom admin tools. The internal stuff that no one wants to build but everyone needs.
AI integrations
Embed AI features into your existing product. LLM APIs, embeddings, evals, the works.

How we work
Brief to handover, in four steps.
01
Brief
You fill in the form below — 3 minutes. What you want built, when you need it, what your budget looks like.
02
Scoping call
30 minutes on Zoom. We propose the team, scope, timeline, and price. Both sides decide if it's a fit.
03
Build sprints
Weekly deployed progress, every Monday. You see live URLs each week — no surprises at the end.
04
Handover
Full repo + deployment access + brief documentation. You own everything. We're available for follow-up support.
Why us
Why an AI school is the right team for this.
The same builders we train to ship weekly under mentor supervision — now building for you.
AI-native by default
Our builders use Claude and Cursor every day. It's not a bolt-on — it's how the work gets done.
Mentor-supervised
Every PR is reviewed by a senior engineer. Every deploy is sanity-checked. Quality is enforced.
Weekly shipping cadence
Our students literally train on this for 12 weeks. Predictable Monday demos, no last-minute surprises.
You own everything
Code, deployment, docs — full transfer at handover. No lock-in, no proprietary platform, no licensing games.

FAQ
Common questions.
Who actually does the work?
Mentor-supervised teams from our active Sigmaschool cohort and alumni network. Every project has a senior engineer overseeing quality. We assemble the right team for each project — usually 2–3 builders + a senior mentor — based on the stack and scope you need.
What's the typical turnaround?
Sprint builds (single feature, small tool, automation) ship in about 2 weeks. MVPs typically take 4–6 weeks. Larger or more complex scopes are quoted on the scoping call. We commit to weekly deployed progress so you never wait until the end to see what we're building.
Who owns the code?
You do, from day one. At handover you get the full repo, deployment access, environment configuration, and brief documentation. We don't use proprietary platforms, we don't licence anything we build to you — you walk away owning the entire stack.
Can I hire the team afterwards?
Yes. Many clients hire builders they worked with as full-time engineers afterward — we treat this as a feature, not a bug. If you'd rather start with hiring directly, see /hire for our graduate hiring pipeline.
NDA / IP protection?
Standard mutual NDAs available on request before the scoping call. All builders sign IP-assignment agreements with Sigmaschool, which transfer to you at handover. Sensitive projects (financial, medical, regulated) can be flagged on the brief — we'll match you with builders who have the right background.
What if we're not happy with the work?
Weekly demos mean issues surface early — not at the end. If a sprint genuinely misses the mark, we re-do it on us. If we mutually decide the fit isn't right after the first sprint, you keep everything built so far and only pay for completed work.
