The hiring formula
Getting hired is not a reward for collecting certificates. A more useful lens is this:
A company needs to hire now, they believe you can do the work, and they believe you will be good to work with.
This is not a magic equation or a guarantee. It is a smart way to focus your energy:
| Factor | What it means | Your move |
|---|---|---|
| Competence | Can you build, explain, and improve useful software? | Practise and ship proof. |
| Likeability | Are you clear, curious, helpful, and reliable? | Make collaboration easy. |
| Urgency | Does this company need someone with your skills right now? | Look for the need, do not try to force it. |
A degree or certificate can help someone notice you. It cannot replace a working project, a clear explanation, or the way you show up with people.
